looking to buy an evo 9 fq 340 but struggling to find a decent price on insurance. im 22 ( 23 in dec ) I have 3 points which run out in November. every quote I get is coming back at the 4-5k mark!!! any suggestions would be appreciated! thanks in advance.

3 points won't make a difference. Even with full NCB and double your age, the insurance is going to be around £600-£800, so with your NCB and age it's never going to be cheap. Unfortunately owning a fast car is a privilege, not a right.
