injector noise

well sat mourning fixed my lash adjusters sounds better and runs better
only then to be left with noise coming from injection area.
Like a ticking noise, assuming its noisy injectors any one know if ultra sonic clean will quiet down or could there be another culprit ?
Any help appreciated Thanks
