I need advice

Hi everyone i just need some advice i am selling my evo 4 and someone has messaged me asking if i want to part ex with the're mitsubishi warrior on a 52 plate its silver and the clocks say 127000 miles but he has had a new engine put in it by mitsubishi and thats covered 60000 and also a new starter motor, heater matrix and prop shaft.
i like the warriors but i'm worried that this vehicle may be on its last legs cause of all these things that have been changed, he says he wants an evo cause it looks better for his business rather than a warrior so if anyone has any advice on the warriors or have an opinion about this i'd like to know
