Hi guys not posted for quite a while as not been using the car much :( but here goes basically I have a few mates who have recently got some quite fast cars just want to no how close it's going to be on the road against the evo

I have an evo 8 running 391/380
One mate has an s3 stage 2 so about 350/350
And the other has a focus rs mk 2 stage 2 about 365/380
Is this going to be really close or should I be able to pull away ??

You should see them off but I don't think they will be far behind when rolling

Plus can they actually drive there cars?

Don't worry about the ford they just don't seem to cut the mustard even when running big power I don't know what they do with the extra horses prob put them in the boot, rolling the s3 will be close if I'm honest because of the weight of it, it's light compared to you

Isn't the evo 8 1400 kg and the s3 about 1420kg I no the old s3 is light but this is the newer shape 07 plate

Don't they suffer less transmission loss because of the way the 4wd works? If you know WHP it may show a difference.
Also aren't the s3 1455kg? Wife's car is a white s3 09 plate but standard and even compared to my X feels chunky. I think you'll see it off fine.

under my car
i haven't had my evo long and i was surprised how light it is for the size of it,there are quite a few smaller cars that are heavier.

Theory: i dont see the evo lose to anyone of those.

Reality: clutch transmission abuse (if its a launch),id just let them win.

Rolling start: who has the bigger balls?
