Hi,
Can someone tell me what hid type bulb i will need to convert my halogen to hid? I can't seem to find a post and im getting confused as some I have read said hb4, hb3 and a garaged told me h7?
I rather asked all you expert.

Please note: it's for the low beam (second click)

hi just a thought ,have you had a look at existing bulb mine was a h7 but be careful on lumens 6000k is usually youre safe limit rather than get copped by rossers lol

Check your old lamps and see whats in there and buy the appropriate kit :)

Lumens is a measurement of light. Kelvins are the measument of temperature and change the colour on HID lights ;)

Just another thing... if youre buying a conversion kit where you have dipped headlights & full beam on one bulb get a bi xenon kit or you'll end up with no main beam. Full kit around £19 on eBay..... ☺

Thanx for all the reply guys. I will definitely check my bulbs but im sure my main dipped and full beam are separate as far as I'm aware.:hm:

On my Evo 6 theyre on the one bulb unsure as you dont appear to of listed what edition yours is. Hope all the info helps, I know I just had ballache when mine went & i bought wrong one
