HID Headlight kits???

Sorry if this has been covered,i cannto find many posts about this.
Anyone have pics of their evo 7,8,9 with a good hid headlight kit fitted, im looking a proper xenon look nothing too bright or blue.?
Any tips on where to buy them?

You can get them from xenonshop, the colour of the light depends on whick lights you go for 6000k is nice and white with hardly any blue:)

i put 8000k on my evo6 with l.e.d`s in the parking lights and number plate lights

Not sure if you know but next year HID lights will be a fail on a car if they are not fitted as standard mate so dont bother or if you know a friendly MOT centre then go for it !

thanks guys, its just the headlights i wanted the kit in.
it has 11 months mot in it so iv plenty of time to enjoy them !

I haven't sorry as my car is off the road but my hid's are fitted as standard so you would need someone with aftermarket but they do make a hell of a difference as I fitted a set to my old cougar:)

i have before and after pics of them on my 5. make a massive difference!!!
the first pic is before. they are 6000k i fitted :D

yeah it is. and the 2nd. if you go over 6000k they tend to go more purple in colour so then its just your personal preference. :D

Does anyone know what if evo 8 are H4s or what xenon bulbs il need for a hid kit?and also are evo 8 gsr headlights set up with a projector?

De-cats are also a fail but that don't stop people fitting them :)

Well tis the same, also anything apart from 1 standard of number plates is not alowed but that don't stop people neither so it ain't gonna stop me ordering a hid kit off the bay soon :razz:

well i fitted these bulbs september and it passed mot fine last month!! although i do get alot of people flashing me when they are dipped which is getting slightly annoying.... its not even nice women flashing!!! ;)

I had aftermarkets fitted to my old cougar and that flew through the mot:confused:
