Hi guys, thought i would introduce myself. My names Drew, 25 and Portsmouth.

Ive just bought an immaculate Evo 4 GSR and i cant keep out of the thing (every time i get out, i find myself quickly getting back in).

Im new to evo's and im looking to squeeze more power out of it. It already has BC coilovers, Cusco front strut brace, cat-back exhaust system and an HKS mushroom filter.

Ive just ordered a de-cat pipe and a blitz turbo timer and im also looking to get a stainless exhaust manifold next month.

Im considering a bigger injectors and a walbro fuel pump and possibly a bigger turbo.

Does anyone have any recommendations on suitable replacement turbo's without compromising reliabilty to much (i know these things can be a bit of a gamble)

Finally, can the original ECU be remapped or do i need to purchase a replacement ECU. Again, does anyone have any recommendations.

hi mate welcome to the club.your best speaking to el,hell tell you everything you need to and want to no,and if you book it in with him and the lads in birmingham im sure hell leave a smile on your face.oh and be carefull with what manifold you get,quite a few are prone to cracking,lots of cheap imitations on the market.

Hi mate, thanks for the advice. Birminghams only a couple of hours drive so could be worth a visit. I would rather leave it to some who knows there stuff.

My mates told me to steer clear of the cheaper exhaust manifolds (eBay etc). I would rather spend the money on a nice shiny one thats going to last.
