Hi Guys and Gals,
A newbie to this fantastic site, I was up til 4.40am trawling through the threads and it seems bloody great I must say! A credit to all of you!
Anyhow, I haven't even got my EVO yet, it should be Wednesday I'm collecting her (Evo iv with 5 engine) no doubt I will be bugging people on here quiet a bit as I know she needs work but I brought it as a 'project'...
It has had a 5 engine put in recently (the original blew) and it chewed up its original diff and was replaced but the guy said it's making a noise, from what I gather it sounds like the 'Donkey' noises I have read about on here, hopefully it will just be knackered oils that need changing but time will tell aye?
I imported a stunning EVO 1 about 10 years back and I always said I will get another and as I'm getting alot older and sick of driving round in TD MPV's for the last few years I thought I needed a smile back on my face..
Sorry for the long first post, as you can tell I'm pretty excited!
So, it's a big 'HELLO!' from Andy!
