hi peeps im new to this site just fort id say hello.

aslo would anybody be willin to give advice on the evo 2 as im picking 1 up at the weekend.

whats best to look out for and any common fault to look out for.

The Evo II is a nice car for sure. You would be better off getting a III, but hey, it really is up to you.

cheers mate im only getting it as thats all i can found to spend on buyin an evo have money to spend on it engine is good and only on 118,000 km standard apart from an exhaust and 17's on it got it cheap as it got acouple of small dents in a couple of places but thats it

Here is the link as promised, it is a test to conduct on the later Evo's which have AYC but the basics are all the same and you will benefit by it:

Listen out for knocks/bangs/whines from the rear when the car is in motion as this will suggest that the rear dif is on it's way out.

If the car has any issues then do think about it long and hard before you part with your cash. Some times, human beings can get a little over excited and end up making rash decisions even though we know they are the wrong ones to make.

cool thats what i like to here as im getting to replace my rep mobil (mk3 mondeo zetec s 2.5 v6 24v) and all me mates have asways had jap motors and i can never keep up so just end up being a passenger in there cars so can wait to whip me mates scooby and integra dc5 so bring it on
