Looking for some help really.
I brought some bran new parts off a trader a month ago and they still not been delivered.
Now I received a e mail telling me the parts have had a price increase so the trader will refund my money because of the increase. The trader said he will refund me immediately this was Tuesday and still nothing.
Now I brought the parts on credit card, now can I claim the money back through that? Anyone got any help on the input.
I would not worrie if it was £100 buy this is nearly £800.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Do you just ring them up and they refund you, or do have to proof it? Never claimed any back on a credit card.

Yes email, tried to ring 15-20 times tex. You name it I've tried it, can not get hold of them. Yes Tuesday they said they would do it immediately, think I been patient enough.
Only thing in I'm desperate for the parts.

Don't waste any more time contacting the trader, contact your credit card company as this is what they're there for. Given the amount you have spent you are well over the threshold for credit protection. The CC company will refund your money and they'll claim it back from the trader and if the trader wants to argue the toss they'll be doing it with your CC company and not you.
