I suggest that you first try to close the rear windows from the rear controllers and not the drivers door cluster.
Are both the rear windows acting up???

If they do close correctly from the rear controllers then you need to change the driver cluster. Some times you can pop it out of the door card and play with the connectors, that often helps.

Please reply and give a fuller picture of what you have tried so we can take it from there.

Again, the advice stroker kid has offered is sound.

Do those checks that he has advised and also check inside the window runner on the doors in case something is trapped, even moss or dry leaf that has built up over time can cause problems.

Why both rear windows???
Why at the same time???

Apply a little grease or baby oil into the runner first before you take the door card off (the runner is the part on the sides and top of the door that the glass slides up and down in).

If that does not work then remove both rear door cards and disconnect both motors. Then re connect only one of the motors and try that with the car running. If there is no change then buy 1 second hand regulator and see if it makes a difference.

Keep us posted please.
