Drove the car today and the clutch felt a little funny (not ha ha but more :wtf:) my fella had a look when he got home and noticed that when the clutch is pressed the bulk head flexes and the slave cylinder moves.

On closer inspection the bulk head has split and the clutch peddle mount has also split.

Sorry the 1st pic doesnt show it very well, its the white line.

Can anybody advise the best way to sort this?

Thanks

You can try welding it with extra bracing, or just get a new revised clutch pedal bracket which shouldn't be too exspensive :D

Ive looked into the revised bracket and they seem to have trouble fitting them to the 1&2. I think welding will be the way forward but this isn't our forte.
Im going to try WK autos tomorrow, im sure someone has mentioned them on here before
Thanks x

Been to see a few people, noone has given us the confidence to leave it with them so were making a plate to fit on the inside to spread the load and a mate is doing the welding for a crate of beer.
Cant get better than that really and should be back on the road for Sat night :D

EVO is back on the road, bulkhead welded and bracket welded and modified to stop any more twist.
I have no idea how I was coping with the clutch, didn't realise how heavy it had gotten, now its so light I keep nearly stalling it.
Going out for a drive today to get use to it and bug splat the car;)
