I bought an evo 4 gsr, the body work is good condition, all the interior is standard except the front seats and there isn't a roof lining just now, had the car checked over an serviced and been told its all round pretty good, it has a 7 engine, clutch, gearbox, turbo, and suspension, plus 17 inch oz alloys and red brembo brakes with new discs and pads and braided hoses, it had an air filter and dump valve and a blitz exhaust, but I only paid 2500 pound for it, is there anything I should be checking more thoroughly cos it seems too cheap, it was imported in 2007 and has 110000km on the clock, thanks for any help

It sounds like you got a deal.

The checks should have been done prior to buying the car to be honest with you, but if you need a little more reassurance:

Check to see if the AYC light lights up when you turn the key in the barrel and check to make sure that it goes off when the car has started and that it stays off whilst driving.

Check the Engine Code which is below the turbo and get back to me with it right here.

Not yet mate, I'm going to have a look tomorrow after my work, I've not had a chance to go to the garage yet
