Hi guys, im a newbie to the forum, looking to get back into evo ownership after having owned a good few bmw's. Im looking at Evo 6's or possibly 7's but i need to get rid of my bmw 525d first! If anyone can advise me about what the common problems are on the 6's and 7's that would be great!

ive been told to stay away from the 'cheaper' evo 7's and hopefully will get to go see some 6's next week. Is there a way of checking the AYC is working as it should?

Nice looking BMW and the AYC lights should all light up,on start up then go off

Look in the normal places but they suffer around the rear subframe
