Ok thought I would post this up as had an interesting few weeks dealing with hel..

First off I ordered their version of the oil filter housing oil feed pipe designed for the fp turbo range. These are up with members discount on another forum  and you contact hel via email or pm to order a kit. No issues Ben got it ordered, took near enough a week to be delivered after they said it was send. Kit was top notch park from the turbo bolt which I have no idea what it's meant to fit - miles to small ;) all in all very happy and got at a very good rate :)

After an issue on the weekend I decided to go for their oil return kit, also sold on said forum with members discount..pm'd and emailed Ben but turns out he was on holiday, that's where the problems began. Rang hel to order the kit as clearly it would be that easy ;) they didn't know what it was or how much. Gave the, a few hours and got in touch.. They quoted £20 (bargain) only to ring up a day later saying they had it all wrong and it would be £90. They kit sold on the forum they didn't have the rights to sell? Had to go thought Ross sport. That meant no discount, no bolts in with the kit and no braided hose just a rubber item.. Rest of the kit was as seen.

All in all happy as I'm still better off money wise and got what I was after just amazed how hel were totally useless when I spoke tot them about a kit I thought they made. Would still recommend the quality is excellent.

Few pics of what I got ;)

Still got to get a reducer from ant and hopefully that will be it, test run tomorrow, make sure there is no leaks.. Fitted different pipe from what Ross sent me, not sure if it was wise as it kinked slightly so may swap it over when I put the fresh oil in. Just got a feeling I will need to tighten the fasteners more lol

i use the oil feed kit that you got, took weeks to arrive and when it did all i got was a bag of bits. of which i still got some left over :)
also as some will remember it never came with the right fitting fot the oil filter housing. managed to sorce one the morning i was due to be at santa pod for one of our shows :)

the next time i dealt with hel was again through ant but again i was lest waiting for couple weeks for a oil cooler kit. that too just turned up as a bag of bit so again i had to go back to ant for advice on fitting it all.

in all, good equipment let down by shoddy service

To be honest your not the first and won't be the last, posted up on the mlr about the bolt sizes and its not the only case..seems to be common practise for them to send out stuff incorrectly.. I was lucky it was only the turbo bolt that was wrong.. Filter end was fine :) I count myself lucky haha..nothing like cutting it fine ;) getting the parts you needed on the day lol

Even had problems when ant ordered bits for you? Going on what the guy at hel said when I rung, nothing seems to be made up ready all done to order..still it's shocking they can't send parts out right, sure half of them aren't sure what they are doing ;) lol
