Hi I have a evo 8 and I have recently blacked out the headlights but I have now noticed that the pass side light when you turn them on self levels you can see it moving up and down and the drivers side doesn't move is this right

Would imagine both should move.

Do the 8s have adjustable headlights from inside the cabin?

I'd be checking for unplugged wires.

Sounds like something is a miss from the lights being put back together.

Did you do them yourself?

If it works anything like other headlights I've worked on.

There will be a wire into a little motor that has a plastic arm coming out of it (moves in and out)

Sometime the little arm may have dislodged.

Also check the noise coming from each light, get someone to move the lights while your near the actual headlights listening for the mechanism to work.

If there's no noise from it then it electrical, if it makes a noise then something is loose/broken
