Headlights flicker

Greetings fellow Evo Owners!

Whenever I let off the gas, the headlights dim for a split second. Has this something to do with the battery? Or simple fix?

Using OEM H4 headlights

Mine does the same. IV had a read about and can only assume its an earthing problem so have added another earth cable and mounted it to a different point.

Haven't been out to test if its a fix yet though.

I could be totally wrong, so Would like to see if there's any other possibilities on the cause.

Possibly alternator or belt slipping??
