Head bolts sizing

Does anybody know the head size and type on the stock Evo IV head bolts ??

Have tried

12mm 6 point =. won't fit
13mm 6 point = tight fit but then turns
13mm multi point = just spins
1/2" multi point = slight grip but then turns

Looks like a multi spline but need to know for sure, as I have none of these nor do I know anybody who's got them, so will have to buy
