has anyone used drag tyres on thier evo?

im looking to get some drag tyres for my 7 as i was getting a lot of wheel spin at santa pod. i cant seem to find anywhere that does drag tyres for a evo wheel.

i think im going to get a set of standard 17" evo wheels as i dont think smaller ones would fit over the standard brake set up but like i said i cant find any drag tyres!!

can anyone help??

Have you tried with R888's yet? The semi slicks? These offer brilliant grip over road tyres....

I haven't. iv just come down to my mates garage and nicked a wheel with hoosier drag tyre on it from a r33 gtr and it fits like a glove apart from sticking out past the body 40 mm!! So i may be "borrowing" them for a bit!
