Hard piping evo 8 back to standard

after fitting a dumpvalve a few months ago,i dont like the noise now but the problem is i cut the hard piping to make the dv fit,its the pipe from the back of the engine that goes past the battery and by the air box, just wondering if any one has one for sale or knows where i can get a new one? so i can put it all back to standard,i will try and put a picture tho help

Hi Jacko!

Which dump valve have you fitted as I suspect it is the HKS SSQ-V.

If that is the case then you can modify it to recirculate as opposed to venting to atmosphere which means that you can keep the same pipe and valve.

This will ultimately equate to money saved.

i know,that was one option but i think id prefer it back to normaltbh i just think it will look better in my opinon,if i cant get the piping thats what i will have to do,if i do do that do i use more silicone piping? and where abouts do i run it to?

If you think that it will be best to convert the valve (which is not a big job at all) then I suggest that you PM Sponners as he knows how to do it and has the necessary links required to get the mod kit.

If, on the other hand, you would prefer to just change the hard pipe, PM Tariq (Evo Parts Ltd),he has various odds and ends and might give you a right good deal.

these are the pipe I have and also the big black plastic one that goes from the air box to the turbo

I can bring them to the RR if needed

Have you got the large metal long one piece pipe in my picture? The one from the back of the engine all the way to the front it gets larger in size part the way down,if you know which one I mean?

not that one exactly, its made up of two of the black hoses and the ali pipe in the centre with the smaller t pipe on it, if that makes sense?

Why not try Indigo Gt, when I replaced my pipes for my ams ones I think I left my old ones up there, Ant might still have them or maybe able to help you out
