Just like to congratulate my 3 year old son in gaining 2 medals in B.A.G.A for passing levels 7 and 8 in his Gymnastics school exams..

And I'd also like to say congrats to my older son...Corey..who came 3rd in the Mr Wales body building contest..

Dad is very proud of you both!!
