its literally as it starts to come on boost max load that we've seen so far was about 200 if I remember correctly (with out looking at the logs) we tried a different MAF also but the load values don't look wrong for the boost etc

also disabled lean spool etc no change

dunno if this is relavent but when i put the walbro in i used the standard plug that was there and not the one that came with it does that make a differance?

the injector pack is ok,
I took the fuel assembly out of my car and put it in this car and all was fine, I glanced in and you can see the rubber bush in there so we're gonna strip the whole assembly down to see if we can find out what wrong. At least now its narrowed down

Car made 379bhp and 359lbsft need a decat on there thou but do get the odd spike to nearly 2bar like on a cold night but it settles down is that ok?

that'll be the boost controller needs a tweak as it was set to 1.73 peak when we did it. will sort this week if you want might need the gain dropping a bit

just drop the gain a little to stop the spike and if it hold more that the 1.7 then drop the duty a little, but should only need a % or two
