gsc s1 cams and timing

I have just replaced the cams in my evo4 with gsc s1 ... the car had been mapped with mods before this upgrade ... it apears that both cam may have been retarded by one tooth ... I am 99.9% sure nothing has moved during the install ...

is this a common thing tuners will do when mapping??

should I leave it as it is .. or being as I have put in new cams should I line it all up to the marks again??

The cams will need to be dialled in, they on adjustable cam gears?
