grinding noise evo 6

when i turn right only i have a slight grinding noise when turning slow ( i.e)
parking or turing into a juction any ideas ppl recently had a full service as well....:hm:

ill look next time i get over the missus house na not clickin like a worn out braek pads but they were all changed and only does it on turning...
