Getting air out of power steering

Hi seem to be having a lot of problems getting air out of the power steering system since I put A alloy Power steering tank, is there another way of doing it apart from turning the steering wheel left to right, I have also drained the system as well to see if that would make it any better but hasn't any advice please

ive had a similar issue before. what I did was jack both sides up so both the front wheels are of the ground and then do lock to lock with the power steering cap off and you should see it go down. make sure the fluid level is topped up and your good to go.
