what are the best parts for upgrading a Evo X .
Airfilter or induction Kit -
Full exhaust with Sports cat - HAS TO BE QUIET due to police here not really liking modifications where i live.
Boost Controller - HKS EVC 6 ?

Also what is peoples thoughts on BOV/Dump Valves ? Easy to replace the re-circ ?

for the boost control just put a 3port on it, always good to help the engine breathe in and out and make sure you have the newer uprated fuel pump relay,
