gearbox out.

hi, ive had my evo a litle while now i bought it with a clutch problem turned out to be the clutch fork. so had to take the gearbox out, its not as hard as i thought it would have been took about 4 hours in total to remove on my gravel drive( not good for the knees) and im not a mechanic, next job clean everything stick in a new clutch/flywheel going for a upgraded unit so itll handle more power.then stick it back in and finger crossed itll work.

Fair play mate. Clutch was the first job i had to do when i bought mine aswell.

been held up over the weekend trying to get parts, hopefully ill get it all back in on tuesday/wed, then just a few more hours of fiddling and it'll be ready for the road.

Good work buddy, have you done a clutch before? All I say is make sure the clutch plate is centred properly before you bolt the new clutch on

I've been quiet lucky with the weather so far so hopefully the snow does amount to much before next week hopefully I'll be done by then.
