Gearbox and diff oil

Anyone know what transmission oil goes in the gearbox and diff of an evo 4 gsr? Ive got 80w90 in work but thats for hgvs and is probably too thick.

diff oil is 75w90, thats what ive always been told to use on my IV GSR
