Gear box fluid what kind and how

Hi,

Could someone help me with what kinda gearbox fluid to use for my evo 4 and what is the best way to do it and is there anything else i need to do at the same time

i dont have any ramps so it would just be done jacking the front end up

i have already done an oil and filter change (Blitz racing oil filter and Mobile 1)

also can you change the AYC fluid yourself?

Gear Box Oil - 75w90

You can jack the car up but to fill you have to have the car level for obvious reasons
