dose anybody no where i can get just the spark plug seals from on there own instead of buyin the hole rocker gasket and the seals together

as far as i know it all comes in a kit when buying new.
2nd hand you dont want.
if anything then dealers mate'
why dont you change it all as you going to take the rocker cover off anyway'

have aready taken it off the rocker gasket is fine ust need the seals

i'll try the dealer tomorow but they dow have much in the sence of e4 they have to import most thing from japan

Do your self a favour and get in touch with EvoAlex. He is breaking a IV and will have the seal.

You might have to wait a few days for the delivery but you will end up getting just the one as needed.

Try the dealers in the morning anyway, you might just be in luck buddy.

thanks m8 will do but need all 4 they abit hard so may aswell change all 4 at once
