I have just bought a evo 8 2.3 stroker running 650 on high boost. The turbo is a Garrett GTX3071R-HTA rehoused by Owen Development with a larger exhaust housing. The inlet just has a metal gauze over it that is starting to perish. Any suggestion what I should cover it with. If I get a filter will it need remapping?
