Some times that can be enough, especially if it is decatted also. If you've had those mods for ages and it has only just started then it might be something else causing it, as you'd have expected fuel cuts before now, especially with the very cold winter we've just had. If you've only recently fitted the mods then that's almost definitely it.
Although it's called a "fuel cut" it's nothing really to do with fuel. When the engine load gets higher than a defined limit it cuts fuel to the engine to stop it running dangerously lean (or just blowing up if there is sufficient fuel to generate power). Anything that causes more air to flow into the engine than the car was designed for can do this (ie exhausts, filters, decats etc),and denser air due to cold weather can exacerbate it.
Take it to your local tuner and they'll be able to have a look. If its the mods that are doing it you can have it put back to standard, or as long as the map is checked/tweaked and safe the fuel cut limit can be raised.
