Fuel cut defender

my car ( evo 4 ) hasnt got much mods
evo 6 injectors + ecu, evo 9 turbo an its been mapped by previous owner

my question, would i need a fuel cut defender?

On the fcd, most wouldn't work on an evo would they? Just out of interest
