Frosty plug?

I just noticed that there is a small leak coming down from the exhaust manifold.
Rubbed with my finger and seems like water.
Couldnt see the leak from anywhere.
Used a small mirror to check underneath the manifold and seems one of the plug is a bit rusty and wet around it.
A mate told me that is frosty plug?
where can i get them or anything else i need to be concerned about?

Ok. I think they r called freeze plug. Anyone has any ideas if how to change them? I guess a bleed of coolant wud b recommended too?

I'd contact traders like martinW or Ross sport, or go to the dealers but they would probably want a part number.

yeah. looks like it.

It is underneath the manifold. impossible to take a picture of it.

I am just wondering how am i suppose to change it. dont wanna take the manifold off...
