I think you have to tripod the camera and slow down the aperture speed.

you then take photo and squiggle light with torch where you want it before the shutter closes .....I think

Yup spot on Jonny, Use a tripod and set shutter speed to around 20-30 seconds, use a torch or similar and make a light pattern

We just used alload of led torches, and ran around like idiots lol
