Hi All
You prob know this but in case not.... I took my car down local Mits garage (avoiding show room) to get my service light reset after I did service last week. We were chatting about Evos in general and he asked if i'd had any regular gliches which I have had since I got. ie booting it in 3rd-4th and the light coming on, revs on 2.5 etc. Only now and again but always happens at wrong time lol, and sorts itself after a couple of switch on/offs.
Anyways long and short of it is they had a 360 which did the above and they couldnt get to bottom of it and ended up sending to Mits UK head office. They needed to remap the ecu to widen air parameters
And done under warranty woop
Sounds to me like they mapped all 360's a bit wrong.
Mine is better since I took my rad cover off ages ago and hadnt really thought about it, but he wants me to ring up showroom and report stumbling and then should get a free remap. Happy days.
