bought an ARC box for my bf's civic, 9 weeks later no item...was being 'sent from japan' when we all know we can buy things from japan and its here in around 3 weeks at most, 10 weeks = refund finallly via cheque. nice guys but not very good experiance overall

looks like ive bin screwed then lol!!!!

when i ordered from them via the website...i heard nothing for about 5 days..then i phone lee and asked if the item had been sent as it said it was in stock on their webby...he had the payment i sent but no record of what i ordered??? i got an email confirmation, but it was automated and he didnt actually have any idea what i have ordered and paid for :-S, so he said he would contact me when he sorted out the system etc and i heard nothing back...i kept ringing on and off for around 6 weeks, and was told he would look into it and get back to me but he didnt ever get back to me had to get a refund eventually as my bf's birthday was nov 8th and the item i bought was bought on the 2nd nov or something around there (now this would not have been an issue if their stock reflected their availability on the webby) and i only got my refund 2 days ago, almost 3 months of waiting i have no doubt their products are good, im not saying the product would have been dodgy, but on my particular occasion i wasnt overly happy unfortunatly
