FPV Qaudcopter Cotehele Playgound

Hi All,

Here is a few FPV flight I got to do after work one day. CamSump and I ventured off to Cotehele in Calstock, Cornwall. Its a beautiful house and grounds but we did not pay to enter the grounds as it was about to close as we arrived.

It was very wind on this day which made me nervous flying too close to the water and made the quad shake in the gusts, so when I was presented with the open field with playground then it was game on for some speed instead. I had not changed the angle of the camera before the flight which is why most of the footage was unusable because when I accelerate all you can see is the ground.

Cheers mate, yes I live just across the water in Tavy. On the way back from this spot we passed a white Evo 5 pulling out of a road just above Gunni petrol station, was that you? or I have also spotted a grey Evo 4 GSR just like mine in that spot as well, either of them you?

Ah there are a few Evo's dotted around this area but very rare to spot one out and about.

Yes I built my quad, its been a work in progress since the start of 2012 but since then I would say its a completely different frame to how it started, lots of tweaks, crashes, rebuilds and rejigs to get it just how I need it...if not a little too large which is why I'm making a custom MiniH quad about 240mm (~170mm wide)
