what is the life span of a forged engine?iam looking at buying a evo8 engine with 2.4stroker shortblock and ce pistons and i beam rods what sort of millage do they last?or does it just depend how they were treated on how long they can last???

I'd say with any engine the key to a long lifespan is being looked after well from the start

yeah was thinking that but is there a certain millage that they would need a rebuild or is it like any engine service well and look after it and it can keep goin?

if its built well and looked after well it'll last as long as any engine
