Flywheel difference? E8

Just thought I would see if there is any difference between the 5 and 6 speed flywheel for a 8?

Was guessing not but could be wrong, if so may the lightened fly wheel I got my hands on will be no good :shock:

Should have probably asked this first but can always sell once it arrives..

They are different. The 6 speed one has a larger friction area and is a good upgrade for any 5 speed Evo as long as you match the clutch to it as well obviously

No probs. as said if its the 5 speed one you'll need a 5 speed clutch. It it's a 6 speed then you'll need a 6 speed clutch.
Overall diameter of the 2 flywheels are the same

Yh there is a difference mate they should state whether it is 5 or 6 speed clutch, surface area should be different

Beefy rs just make sure you state when ordering, gone for clutch and flywheel to save any hassle, better hurry up my clutch has taken a turn for the worst lol
