Fitting suspension

I am looking at fitting some evo 7-8-9 suspension to my 5,
Now there are two ways of doing it, drilling out the hubs from 12mm to 14mm and using to bolts from a evo 7-8-9.
Or buy a kit with shims ect.
What do people recommend? Will drilling out the hubs be ok? Some people say don't do it as if you don't get the hole 100% right you can't set the suspension up right. Is this right, or do I buy one of the kits that you don't need to drill? Only thing they are quite expensive for what they are.

Because the suspension is ment to fit a evo 7-8-9 and the hubs are a little wider where the strut arm bolts on the hub, also the 7-8-9 strut is bolted using 14mm bolts on 12mm as on the 5-6.

Im wanting to do the same, I was worried about drilling out the hub!
Im going to get the shim kit, seems a lot less hassle

What suspension is it to not offer a 4-6?

Drill the hubs, meant to be easy enough.
