Got a new splitter to fit to my e 8, just wondering if it was easier to remove front bumper to fit it, or is it simple enough to just Jack up car and fit that way. cars currently got a splitter on if that makes any difference.

cheers

just drive the front wheels up on to two wooden block and then just unscrew the current front splitter and put on the new one. No need to take the bumper off. If you still have the undertray on then the little plastic screws are a bit of a pain in the ass. Should take you no more than an hour or two.

As said really, if you have no undertray you can have the bumper off in 5 mins and can fit off the car but if you have undertray on I would just get the front end up and attack

Don't take long with the undertrays. Issue I had was the pick ups on the front wings were damaged and had to use a nut and bolt to refit.

You could fit the splitter with the bumper still on the car lol
