Fitting a carbon diffuser?

I've just received my carbon diffuser that fits the evo 9 rear bumper over the original gunmetal one, question is who has fitted one and whats the best way of fitting them - tiger seal then rivets along the bottom?

Would say most people bond them to the stock plastics..

correct, only I have blue anodised bolts running along the bottom
