First Evo,,Evo V

Hi all just took the plunge and sold the ever reliable and bought a Evo V. This is be my first performance car and am planning to do a few upgrades over the next few months. The car came with almost no upgrades apart from a induction kit.Any comments or tips on upgrades are more than welcome.

I have done a few bits since I got it.It has been lowered 30mm all around,I added a strut brace on the front, Inside I have added a boost gauge and a dump valve.

The next few things on the list are to bring the brembos back to life with new stickers and a fresh paint job. Im looking to paint the lip in the middle of the side skirts and the bottom part of the front bumper in the middle and the flip on the back spoiler black.The wheels will also get a paint job black.

The next big job will be the exhaust will need a new one from the turbo back as the current one is in a bad state with no back box.
Is the standard manifold good enough to do the stage 1 upgrades with? fuel pump,intake,exhaust boost controller and a map or will I need to replace that?

The standard manifold will be fine for those mods.

I'm thinking of doing a similar thing with my skirts and bumpers. Just deciding whether it's worth spending all that money to paint a car that's not really worth much nowadays

just had a look, v nice! Loving the 5 atm, well nice! The one i saw last night was pretty much stock, like a blank canvas to play with, lush!
