only mods is it decatted and goes like shit off a shovel lol.

If I where you then I would change the gear/diff/transfer oil, engine oil and filter regardless of what the service history book and previous owner tell you.
Get your AYC fluid checked for loss of consistency too.

You will have a better time of it in the future.
