You are so mean  But evidentially so very true to a certain extent :)

If it was a flat tyre, then surely that would answer my stiffness problem in reversing

Foxy I would expect better from you tut tut. Get to the bottom of this prob will yah lol.

It actually could well be your magic tree running out, when they run out of puff so does the car, upgrade it to one of those lil tins that stink out the car and watch your car go :)

Done a few bits to my car today, had her cleaned inside and out :D changed spark plugs, air filter, re adjusted the front bumper and drivers indicator, as they weren't fitted properly, and also had the positive terminal tightened as that was extremely loose. :)

She seems to run perfect now, no resistance at all ! Just need to flash the codes to see why the ABS and AYC lights come on and go off again

ABS and AYC lights could be a speed sensor. Bro has same prob. on his 9. Abs light is on most of the time, but all 3 light up when on motorway and go out when local

It's always after a few miles, the AYC comes on, then a few seconds later the ABS comes on, bloody annoying that's for sure lol :)

seems like a sensor. Ayc prob. usually triggers the ayc light about 100 yards or sooner. Hopefully a cheap fix. I know what you mean about annoying. My car has the washer fluid light on all the time!! It went out a while ago when I disconnected the battery. Stayed off for a while, then came back on one day (common fault)!

I hope so too, damn thing costs so much money, that I haven't even got around to sorting the cosmetics side of her out yet cos something keeps going wrong :(

Lights coming on on the dash is a pure headache, they keep distracting me from the road, cis I keep looking at them, and when they ain't on I still keep looking to see if they do come on lol.

The joys of motoring.
I know what you mean about looking for lights when they're not even on.

It never rains only pours, know how you feel foxy, had to replace my clutch fluid lines the other day along with the copper washers in the slave cylinder as it was all leaking and clutch giving up the ghost

It's a pain in the ass Craig I tell ya, !

The poxy resistance is back in 5th gear again FFS  it's not like it was before, but has come back just a little bit

On the plus side the ABS and AYC lights have gone off :) wingnut flashed my codes for me and they were 33 for ABS which is stop lamp switch sensor, and 31 for
AYC which is steer sensor system - would prob explain the little wire that fell out the
steering colum a few months back  lol.

So I changed the light bulbs and da dah no warning lights on :)
