Here is our location map and some more info you need to know

http://www.thefastshow.com/forms/Fastshow11Clubs.pdf

Morning All,
*
Please find attached the club map for this weekend's Fast Show.
As you can see, we have a record number of clubs attending this year and the event seems to be growing in popularity.
Due to the massive amount of cars that we have booked in, a lot of clubs are on grass. For this reason, we have used our field that is in the best condition. As a lot of you have low cars, we have taken this into consideration when placing the clubs that are on grass.
This area is also the closest to the entrance/exit, therefore we hope to alleviate the problems of last year with traffic getting stuck on site.
New for Fast Show this year, we also have a Bankside Shop. This is basically another Pod Shop but will be closer to the clubs on bankside.
*
Please can you ensure all your club members know their pitch location and have their stand pass on display on arrival to the site. This will help the marshalls to move things along quicker.
This map is available on our website The Fast Show - Performance & Modified Car Event
*
Please ensure every member is also aware of our site rules and regulations. The full list can be found on Santa Pod Raceway - Essential Information
*
The main ones being -
NO GLASS ON SITE
CHARCOAL BBQ'S ONLY
NO PA's OR INDEPENDENT SOUND SYSTEMS
NO MOVING OF BARRIERS/FENCING ON YOUR CLUB AREA
I will be around from 8am on Sunday onwards and will try and visit as many club areas as I can. However if you have any issues, then please speak to a member of security if I am not round.
*
Again, entry for the weekend is from 8am on Saturday (there is no camping Friday night) and 7am for clubs on Sunday.

Sorry everyone but Tarmac pitches are on a first come first served basis and I've been going on about this since January and nobody wanted to come until more recently so we are in the field with all the other car clubs so it's not as though we are out on our own.

And if you look at it in scale of the length of the strip we not all that far away. Besides will keep you all fit and will help the day go by :)

Coppied this from fastshow website.

All Car Clubs are welcome at The Fast Show, club display areas and club camping areas are available for booking now, to book download a Fast Show Club Booking Form here. Discounts available on large group bookings (buy 10 tickets get 1 free). Club pitches are normally allocated on a first booked basis, you must have a minimum of 10 cars to book a club stand or camping area.

If your club is wanting a club stand on tarmac, you will need to buy all the admission tickets in advance. The minimum amount of cars for a club stand is 10 vehicles. Therefore, if you want a stand for 30 vehicles then 30 admission tickets need to be bought in advance. Any club who has not bought the required number of tickets will get a stand for however many tickets have been bought ( if more than 10 ). If less than 10 tickets have been bought, then the club will not be given a club stand for this event.

Priority is given on a first booked first served basis so when pitside is full the remainder will be put on grass on bankside. This applies to ALL clubs both regular and new. Due to the amount of wasted space in previous years, we need to ensure that if a club book in for 20 cars then 20 cars turn up.

Lee this is exactly the same as JAE mate regarding stands

Hence why my thread was up soooooo early to get interest as theres a meeting going on at JAE in May to allocate stands.

Guys you have to remember we are a small club in regards to other forums/clubs etc and this is the first show we have attended, after a few seasons the first come first serve is not so strict and you get allocated better stands........so make sure you put in a good impression and a good show to everyone you go to and you soon get better stands ;)

Have a blast guys and girls ......even though its giving frost and freezing for the weekend LOL
