Its a bit of a difficult question to answer, factors you need to think of:

Internal diameter of exhaust,
Number of bends,
Radius of bends,
CAT removal?

The easy answer is, the less restriction an exhaust has, will improve engine delivery.

You will most likely need a remap to suit and get the most gains from it.
