Evo VIII Is there a different FQ model seperate from the MR?

Hi, sorry to ask silly questions i know you guys probably have answered this loads before!

I was looking to buy a MR-FQ300 and then started reading guides that said there was a FQ-300 and a seperate MR-FQ300, is this true as I have also read other guides which say there isnt.

Fq MR 300 like wise on all the evo 8 models

The mr is lighter, has a different map, more aggressive cams and ridges in the roof to identify the two apart. I wasn't actually sure about there being an mrfq300 I thought the mr started from 320 but I wouldn't put any money on it, best thing is to check the roof for ridges if none it's not an mr

Well apart from the weight side of things they both end up being the same car once stage 1 is done

thanks again for the replys, ive found a good site stating alot of the differences, so apart from the weight im guessing its just cosmetic differences primarily with a few added performance parts?

The only thing that bothers me is ive seen a few black fq300's and I think they look fantastic, just wish the MR's came in black to
