Evo VI engine with IV ecu

Anyone know if you can use a IV ecu with VI harness and engine. I know the harness plugins are the same, but will the ecu work?

As long as the injectors and the rest of the engine sensors are from the IV, then it should.

Yes the entire harness and injectors are VI only thing that is IV is the ecu ayc abs. The exhaust side, only sensor that should be there is o2 for turbo. o2 sensors are universal.
